    Step 1

    烧热锅,用小火爆香A料,即如B料继续炒香。Heat oil in wok, sauté ingredients A with low heat, toss in ingredients B, stir well.

    Step 2

    加入羊角豆炒香,最后加入已炸好的素鱼及番茄煮滚即可。Add in lady finger and stir well, toss in mock fish and tomatoes, bring to a boil, done.
